HGV Technician Permanent South West London
We are currently supporting our client in the search for an experienced HGV/Fleet Technician to maintain a fleet of arctic vehicles, trailers and other HGVs.
As a Hgv Technician/ Maintenance Technician you will conduct repairs and liaise with vendors, maintaining online portal to ensure a high level of compliance and roadworthiness.
As a Hgv Technician you will be involved in:
- All aspects of the service and repair of Heavy goods vehicles and trailers to the highest standards
- Diagnose and rectify all types of faults
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
- All Defect, service sheets and online portals are completed and updated
- Attend roadside breakdowns of companies own fleet if required.
What you will have as a Hgv Technician;
- Previous experience working as an HGV and Trailer Mechanic/Engineer
- Knowledgable in roadworthiness and MOT testing standards
- Good IT literacy
- You will have a Minimum of a Level 3 Engineering qualification (or equivalent)
- It is essential that you have a Current HGV licence C+E as well as Class 1 driving licence.
- Ideally you will have experience of diagnostic equipment and hydraulic systems
They offer salary up to £60,000, the role is working Monday to Friday.
