Salary: £35,000 £40,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Shift-based early and late rotations)

We are looking for a skilled and passionateJunior Sous Chefto join our lounge culinary team at Heathrow Terminal 4. This is a leadership position within a premium airside environment, working as part of a close-knit team to deliver a first-class food experience to our guests.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading the kitchen operations within our airport lounge
- Overseeing CDPs and Commis Chefs, providing daily coaching and support
- Creating shift plans and delegating kitchen responsibilities
- Acting as the key link between the Lounge kitchen and the central production kitchen
- Ensuring dishes meet high presentation and quality standards
- Maintaining compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assisting with menu presentations and answering guest food-related queries
About You:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
- Proven track record in high-volume or premium hospitality kitchens
- Confident leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety (Level 2 Food Safety & HACCP certification essential)
- Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working early mornings, late finishes, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in written and spoken English
