We seek a dynamic and driven entrepreneur ready to assume complete operational and managerial responsibility for pub kitchens at our sites in Borehamwood or Hounslow. This presents an excellent chance for an individual to establish their own enterprise and immerse themselves in a gratifying endeavour.
This presents a fantastic opportunity for a chef/franchisee seeking to nurture and expand their own food business, while personally reaping the rewards. We welcome applicants from all culinary backgrounds.
A successful applicant will:
- prepare, cook and present delicious meals in accordance with their excellent knowledge of hygiene, health and safety guidelines.
- be a confident, highly motivated caterer.
- prefer to source good quality, seasonal produce locally.
- be proficient in building and costing menus.
- already have at least 2 years experience in running a successful catering outlet.
- have the ability to build, train and inspire their own team as their business grows.
- be willing to go the extra mile on a whim!
Cost to franchisee
- Initial rent free period to build up the business.
- £250 per week in rent thereafter, or 10% of turnover, whichever is greater. All bills are included in the rental
- Fully equipped kitchen supplied.
- Opportunity to expand sales by offering take away via 3rd party delivery companies.
