Our client based in the Heathrow area is currently recruiting for an Operations Team Leader/Supervisor

They are a leading global logistics provider, seeking a proactive and experienced candidate to manage and drive performance across Export, Import, and Customs functions at their Heathrow-based site. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on operational excellence, compliance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the operations team.
Ensure KPI compliance and timely milestone updates across all functions.
Oversee all customs operations within the UK, ensuring adherence to regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and transport partners.
Implement procurement strategies for air freight and manage carrier performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including customer service, sales, and service centres.
