What will you do?
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including front-of-house, kitchen, and compliance
- Lead and develop a long-standing, high-volume team through recruitment, training, and mentoring
- Manage shifts hands-on, ensuring service standards are consistently met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Take part in head office projects and contribute to operational improvements
