A world-renowned broadcast company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sports Production Logistics Coordinator to strengthen its Sports and Operations division in West London. This pivotal role supports broadcast logistics for both domestic and international sporting occasions. The coordinator will be based at the company's West London warehouse and will be instrumental in the efficient management, tracking, and movement of broadcast equipment. This position reports directly to the Manager of Production Logistics.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the organisation and execution of logistics for transporting sports broadcast materials within the UK and abroad
  • Gather shipping needs from multiple departments, manage deadlines, and liaise with chosen freight partners to guarantee the safe shipment and return of all items
  • Participate in the storage, handling, preparation, and packing of both technical and non-technical equipment, including involvement with loading and unloading as required
  • Administer the registration, updating, and labelling of all company-owned and supplier-provided kit using the internal asset management system
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the asset tracking system to ensure up-to-date visibility and clear team communication
  • Oversee and amend the Production Logistics calendar, sharing key updates with staff, vendors, and suppliers as needed
  • Undertake administrative and organisational tasks such as onboarding suppliers, tracking purchase orders, scanning and filing receipts, verifying invoices, and processing monthly expense reports
  • Source and engage with suppliers and partners, both locally and internationally, maintaining positive working relationships through professional communication
  • Deliver excellent service to all stakeholders by upholding strong communication and customer care standards
  • Respond to ad-hoc queries and offer assistance with related team projects as they arise
  • Recognise that job duties may shift to meet the evolving needs of the business
  • Daily presence at the West London warehouse is required

Requirements and Desired Qualities:

  • Previous experience in logistics or operations for high-profile sporting events is beneficial; comprehensive training will be given
  • Willingness to undertake physically demanding tasks, along with occasional UK and international travel; flexibility to work irregular hours, including overnights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and efficiently prioritise workload in a dynamic environment
  • Capable of handling unexpected issues and adapting priorities as circumstances change
  • Exceptionally meticulous, particularly when working to tight deadlines
  • Discretion with all organisational procedures and sensitive information
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage respectfully with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Positive, adaptable approach and a good sense of humour
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using Smartsheet is welcomed
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must
  • A valid driving licence and confidence behind the wheel are advantages

This is a fixed term contract until Jun '26. The salary is £35,000-£40,000 (pro rata).
