Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer 
Location: TW6
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Shifts: Days / 6:30am-6:30pm / 4 on 4 off

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company, working on a large commercial site in TW6. This is a permanent role offering excellent stability, technical development, and the opportunity to lead electrical maintenance activities within a well-established engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site

• Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring systems operate safely and reliably

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company procedures

• Support site operations to minimise downtime and maintain critical systems

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to uphold high standards of performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a commercial or critical FM environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and fault-finding skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience working on a continental shift pattern is desirable

• Plumbing experience or biased engineer would be advantageous
