Purpose of the Job
To manage the planning, supervision, monitoring and delivery of all planned preventative maintenance tasks, reactive works to building, equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, and respond to site engineering emergencies, ensuring statutory compliance at all times. To assist with theplanning, resourcing and delivery of extra works as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements to SFG guidelines or manufacturers requirements.
- Maintain constant communication with employees, clients, stakeholders and contractors, responding to emails and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead by example and ensure that all dress codes, timekeeping, sickness and holidays etc are managed in line with company procedures.
- Attend any client, stakeholder and companymeetings as required, taking an active role and following up on any actions that may arise.
- Manage, issue and ensure appropriate controls within the Permit to Work systems.
Person Specification
- The ability to work at pace, dynamically, whilst focussing on core deliverables, with regular re-prioritisation and an ability to deliver under pressure.
- Have worked in a smiliar rolfor a minimum of 5 years in a blue chip corporate or professional service firm
- Experience working in corporate real estate or a facilities management company
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams.
- Technically qualifiedto Level 3(Elec or Mech)
