Position: They are due to start a £21 million development in Hounslow which consists of two sites alongside each other. One is 44 traditional build apartments and the other is 98 RC frame apartments for which we need to secure a Senior Site Manager.
The successful individual will report to the Senior Project Manager overseeing the whole development and need to take responsibility for the successful delivery of your section.Duties will include:• Ensure that the SHEQ policies and guidelines are adhered to and a Site Safety Plan is implemented in a timely fashion.
• Ensure that construction work is carried out in accordance with Safe Work Method Procedures.• Short term programming as required• Liaise with Consultants and Technical Manager to resolve information and design issues.
• Maintain an up to date Site Diary.• Managing and supervising subcontractors• Ensure work is carried out within quality plans, inspections are carried out and defects rectified.• Responsible for logistics planning regarding site access and setup.Individual: You will have a good track record of delivering new build residential schemes as a no 1 ir supporting a Project ManagerIn return an excellent package is on offer with a reputable contractor
