We are seeking an experienced Night Aerospace Export Controller to join a fast-paced logistics team operating within the aerospace sector. This is a critical, hands-on role ensuring the smooth and compliant export of high-priority and time-sensitive aerospace shipments during night operations.
Daily duties:-
Manage and control all export shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and compliance with customs regulations and aerospace standards

Prepare and process export documentation (AWBs, export declarations, commercial invoices, etc.)

Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure delivery schedules are met

Monitor the movement of high-priority and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments

Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of shipment records in line with regulatory requirements

Identify and resolve any delays or issues with export consignments

Maintain a strong focus on compliance with UK and international export controls, including aerospace-specific regulations

Proven experience in an export or freight forwarding role, ideally within the aerospace or aviation sector

Solid understanding of export documentation, customs procedures, and compliance regulations

Experience working with AOG shipments

Strong communication and coordination skills
Working Hours:
Night shift and 4 on 4 off 19.00-07.00
