About the Role
We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems within commercial environments. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery, coordination, and management of all M&E activities across our projects, ensuring high-quality standards, compliance, and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage M&E services across multiple commercial projects from conception to completion.

Oversee mechanical and electrical design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance works.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance as required.

Identify and manage risks, providing solutions to technical issues.

Prepare progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as an M&E Manager or similar role within the commercial sector.

Strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.

Experience managing large-scale commercial projects (e.g., offices, retail, hospitality, industrial).

Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree desirable).

Excellent understanding of building regulations, compliance, and health & safety standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and resolve technical challenges.
