Location: Heathrow
Hours: 40 Hours Monday to Friday (Saturdays 1 in 3 7am to 12 Noon)
Package: £26-29,000 per annum + Bonus potential £2000 + additional sales commission
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join the team. In this role, you will be the single point of contact for their customers, ensuring they receive relevant, accurate, and timely information throughout the service process. Your goal will be to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the branch and maintain the customer waiting area.
- Assist customers with contactless check-in/check-out (Tjekvik).
- Ensure additional services or products requested by customers are added to jobs, charged, and ready for collection.
- Address customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach.
- Support various aspects of the business Service Core Process, including scheduling, pre-calls, customer updates, follow-up calls, and future work planning.
- Obtain and verify work authorisation from customers or via customer platforms.
- Update customers as directed by the Service Team.
- Inform customers of outstanding campaigns and arrange for work to be completed.
- Manage the Service Team Voicemail Group.
- Engage in personal development to achieve Service Advisor Accreditation.
- Build rapport with all staff and customers.
- Maintain vehicle history and service records accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice filing.
- Stay up-to-date with franchise requirements through training.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
- Enhance the company's image and reputation while supporting its commercial interests.
- Comply with health and safety practices, statutory requirements, company policies, and standard procedures.
Requirements:
- Ability to think on your feet and react quickly to challenges.
- Effective communication skills with co-workers and customers.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (email, Excel, Word) and willingness to learn new software such as Kerridge.
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and a happy disposition.
