This dynamic company is seeking a talented Sustainability Reporting Lead to spearhead their strategic approach to sustainability disclosure and reporting. A salary range is offered, with a Monday - Friday working week (3 days in office)
Key Responsibilities of the Sustainability Reporting Lead:
- Lead the production of the company's annual sustainability report, managing design, copywriting, data collection, and assurance.
- Oversee sustainability data collection processes, both annually and monthly, to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.
- Collate information for the company's annual report and accounts, providing high-quality sustainability content.
- Manage internal stakeholder engagement and governance for year-end reporting, ensuring effective sustainability governance.
- Advise on implementing external disclosure frameworks like ISSB S1/S2 and TNFD, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For in a Sustainability Reporting Lead:
- Extensive experience in sustainability reporting, disclosure, and governance within a business setting.
- Skilled in producing engaging internal and external sustainability reports that captivate stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the ESG disclosure landscape, including ISSB and TNFD frameworks.
- Demonstrable skills in producing high-quality executive and board-level reports and presentations.
- Strong data literacy and experience working with sustainability data in a complex organisation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to collaborate effectively across the business.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to deliver activities on time.
