Key Responsibilities of the Sustainability Reporting Lead:

  • Lead the production of the company's annual sustainability report, managing design, copywriting, data collection, and assurance.
  • Oversee sustainability data collection processes, both annually and monthly, to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.
  • Collate information for the company's annual report and accounts, providing high-quality sustainability content.
  • Manage internal stakeholder engagement and governance for year-end reporting, ensuring effective sustainability governance.
  • Advise on implementing external disclosure frameworks like ISSB S1/S2 and TNFD, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For in a Sustainability Reporting Lead:

  • Extensive experience in sustainability reporting, disclosure, and governance within a business setting.
  • Skilled in producing engaging internal and external sustainability reports that captivate stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the ESG disclosure landscape, including ISSB and TNFD frameworks.
  • Demonstrable skills in producing high-quality executive and board-level reports and presentations.
  • Strong data literacy and experience working with sustainability data in a complex organisation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to collaborate effectively across the business.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to deliver activities on time.
