Airfreight Operations Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of agents and customers.

• Handling all aspects of customer liaison throughout the shipment process.

• Providing tailored solutions for highly regulated shipments via Air, Road, and Sea.

• Making export airline bookings.

• Tracking shipments and keeping customers informed with regular updates.

• Processing customer invoicing and supplier invoices in a timely manner.

• Managing the collection and delivery of freight.

• Assisting with packing, documentation, driving, warehousing, and other related tasks as needed.

• Handling and lifting packages weighing up to 30kg.

The Ideal Airfreight Operations Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in Airfreight Operations within a Freight Forwarding environment.

• Dangerous Goods accreditation (highly regarded but not essential).

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Gmail.

• Excellent communication skills.

• High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
