Location: Isleworth, West Middlesex
Salary: 51,000 - 52,000 per annum + benefits
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team based in Isleworth. You'll be responsible for leading and coordinating the mechanical maintenance team to ensure all building services systems are operated and maintained efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day mechanical maintenance operations across the site.

• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Manage subcontractors and coordinate mechanical works effectively.

• Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and apprentices.

• Assist in project works, system upgrades, and commissioning activities.

• Maintain accurate records of works carried out and materials used.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Recognised mechanical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds).

• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical plant systems.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
