Job Title: PTS Civils Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced PTS Civils Supervisor with a valid COSS (Controller of Site Safety) certificate for an ongoing civil and rail project in Hounslow. This is a long-term opportunity with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site civil works, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered to programme
Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and daily site inspections
Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards and site-specific procedures
Maintain detailed site records and communicate effectively with engineers and management
Requirements:
Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) - essential
Valid COSS (Controller of Site Safety) certification - essential
SSSTS or SMSTS - preferred
Airside Pass - highly desirable
Previous experience in civil engineering within a rail environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Right to work in the UK
