The Role: Head of Design and Technology | Hounslow, West London
- Lead and develop the Design & Technology curriculum across Key Stages 3-5
- Provide inspirational leadership to a team of specialist teachers and technicians
- Monitor teaching and learning standards to drive continual improvement
- Develop innovative teaching strategies and foster a culture of creativity
- Champion student achievement in product design, engineering, textiles and food technology
- Organise extra-curricular opportunities including clubs, competitions, and exhibitions

Candidate Essentials: Head of Design and Technology | Hounslow, West London
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a relevant Design Technology discipline
- Proven experience of teaching DT to GCSE and A-level (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated success in curriculum planning and raising attainment
- Ability to inspire both students and staff
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with a proactive mindset
- Committed to inclusive education and developing each learner's potential
