Job Title: Contract History Teacher

Location: Hounslow

Contract Duration: January to July

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced History Teacher for a contract position at our school located in Hounslow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching history and the ability to engage and inspire students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging history lessons to students.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Manage classroom behavior to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and improve teaching practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall school development.

Requirements:

- Must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in history.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.

Interested candidates should be available to start in January and commit to the contract until July.
