Position:Family Support Workers

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Children and Young People (CYP) & Family Support Workers to join our team in the Hounslow, Greater London Area. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children, young people, and their families, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to Children, Young People, and Families in need
  • Work closely with local authorities, schools, and other professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Engage families in support plans, helping them to achieve positive outcomes
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of Children and Young People
  • Work in accordance with local and national safeguarding policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3years of experience working with Children, Young People, or Families in a support role
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A good understanding of safeguarding principles
  • Enhanced DBS check for children and adults is required
  • Ability to provide 3 years of references
