Learning Support Assistant (Secondary)
We are working alongside a brilliant Secondary School situated within Hounslow, which is currently seeking multiple Learning Support Assistants to join their ranks. The ideal applicant will have some experience working alongside varying SEMH/SEN needs; however, this is not essential.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be there to enhance the students' learning development. Day to day within the role, you may be required to do the following: support children with varying needs such as ADHD and ASC, collaborate with teachers and staff to implement tailored learning plans, assist with pupil behaviour and other varying responsibilities.

Job Description:
- Learning Support Assistant
- Supporting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
- Assisting pupils with SEND/SEMH needs in small groups and 1:1
- Provide continuous support within the classroom
- September 2025 Start
- Term time only - Full time - Full academic year
- 105 - 110 per day
- Located within Hounslow

Ideal Applicant:
- Flexible and adaptable to working with diverse groups of students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working alongside SEN/SEMH is preferred
