We are looking for a Repairs/Planned Supervisor in London to join a social housing contractor. You will be supervising a team of trades working on a reactive repairs and planned contracts on social housing. The Repairs/Planned Supervisor will receive 23-24 per hr, car/ car allowance, phone, uniform on a temporary to permanent basis.

Day to day the Repairs Supervisor will be required to:

Manage the delivery of repairs to meet KPIs
Liaise with trades, subcontractors, planners and client
Ensuring health and safety are adhered to
Provide effective personal development plans to team members

In return the Repairs Supervisor will receive:

23-24 per hour
Company vehicle
Weekly pay (CIS or PAYE)
Opportunity for a permanent position after trial period (salary negotiable)- 40-45k
