Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.

  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to deliver personalised support strategies.

  • Help pupils build confidence, regulate emotions, and engage in learning.

  • Support students with mild to moderate learning difficulties, SEMH needs, and communication challenges.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience working in a SEN setting is preferred.

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.

  • A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

  • Ability to adapt to the needs of individual learners and work collaboratively as part of a team.
