A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Fabric Engineer to join their growing team, covering a commercial site in Heathrow.
The Role
As the Fabric Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
- You will ensure the building is maintained to a high standard by carrying out fabric maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and minor day-to-day repairs, working collaboratively with M&E engineers, cleaners, and security staff.
- Working Monday - Friday, 40 hours
To be successful in the role of Fabric Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- We are looking for a Fabric Engineer with hands-on experience in general fabric maintenance within a commercial or similar environment. Trade qualifications or practical experience in painting and decorating, carpentry, or plumbing would be beneficial but not essential.
