About the Role:
Our client is seeking a hands-on and client-facing Site Manager with a strong background in interior fit out. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team delivering high-spec refurbishments and new build projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering projects to high standards, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple quick-turnaround jobs.
This role requires someone confident in managing fast-track fit out works, who can liaise directly with clients on a daily basis and ensure high-quality standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site operations for interior fit out and refurbishment projects across a variety of facilities including:
Offices, lounges, showers, toilets, and more.
Deliver projects ranging in value from £25k up to £150k
Oversee a wide range of works including: high-spec fit outs, civils, cladding, demolition, new builds, extensions, joinery, partitioning, flooring, and storage sheds.
Provide strong leadership and daily coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure timely project delivery, often within 4-5 week cycles.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in interior fit out and fast-track refurbishment projects.
Trade background in joinery or partitioning highly desirable.
Must be client-facing, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple subcontractors and ensure health & safety compliance.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and project specifications.
