The nursery environment has been carefully developed to inspire and motivate children to be independent and curious learners. Their unique curriculum follows a child-centred approach which enables the development of the whole child as well as following their individual interests and encouraging them to become independent thinkers.Your new roleWe are looking for a qualified nursery practitioner to join our team at our nursery in Hove.The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and promoting children's early education and development
  • Planning and providing effective care
  • Making accurate and productive use of assessment
  • Developing effective and informed practice
  • Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety and welfare of children
  • Working in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of experience working in a nursery setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A passion for working with children and providing high-quality care and education.
  • All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
