Family Solicitor - Hove, East SussexPQE: NQ-3 yearsFull-time | Office-based

We're seeking a confident and driven Family Solicitor to join a dynamic and growing team based in central Hove. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified solicitors or those with up to 3 years' post-qualification experience to build a rewarding career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. The Role:You'll handle a varied caseload across all areas of family law, including:

  • Divorce and financial settlements
  • Child arrangements and maintenance
  • Cohabitation and separation agreements
  • Prenuptial/postnuptial agreements
  • Domestic abuse and protective injunctions

You'll also play an active role in business development through blog writing, networking, and building local professional relationships. What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of Family Procedure Rules
  • Experience in divorce, child law, and financial remedy work
  • Understanding of ADR, mediation, and arbitration
  • Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently and meet court deadlines
  • Empathy, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive matters
  • Proficiency in legal tech and case management systems (LEAP experience is a plus)
