We're seeking a confident and driven Family Solicitor to join a dynamic and growing team based in central Hove. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified solicitors or those with up to 3 years' post-qualification experience to build a rewarding career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. The Role:You'll handle a varied caseload across all areas of family law, including:
- Divorce and financial settlements
- Child arrangements and maintenance
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
- Prenuptial/postnuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse and protective injunctions
You'll also play an active role in business development through blog writing, networking, and building local professional relationships. What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of Family Procedure Rules
- Experience in divorce, child law, and financial remedy work
- Understanding of ADR, mediation, and arbitration
- Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage caseloads independently and meet court deadlines
- Empathy, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive matters
- Proficiency in legal tech and case management systems (LEAP experience is a plus)
