The Position:In this Commercial Property Paralegal role, you will assist Solicitors and Partners by managing legal files, preparing documents, maintaining your own caseload, and engaging directly with clients. Your precision and proactive approach will help ensure seamless property dealings.
  • Completing SDLT returns and submitting Land Registry documentation
  • Drafting critical documents such as legal charges and mortgage agreements
  • Communicating with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved
  • Overseeing file openings, risk checks, and compliance procedures
  • Assisting lawyers with pre-completion and post-completion tasks
What You’ll Need:
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a commercial property legal team
  • Excellent organisational and timekeeping abilities
  • Confident communication skills and a client-first attitude
  • Sharp attention to detail and capability to perform under pressure
  • Familiarity with legal case management software and IT systems
