Customer Sales Assistant - No experience (Immediate starts available)

Our Brighton based client is currently on the lookout for young and ambitious customer sales assistants to join their busy office, due to increased client demand. With a strong start to the year, they are looking to continue their expansion and have had roles become available within their fun and lively residential team, in the sales and customer service sector. If you consider yourself to be a driven individual, are over the age of eighteen, with excellent communication skills and want to progress within this fast-paced sales and customer service environment, then our client wants to hear from you.
Candidates must;
- Have a passion for delivering fantastic customer service
- Be able to work well in a team
- Strong English speaking and writing skills are essential to communicate effectively with customers and our client due to the nature of the role
- Full time equivalent availability
They offer coaching for all applicants and mentor them in all aspects of their clients and customers so a lack of experience won't hold you back. Full product training and sales coaching will be provided.
Our client offers a flexible schedule and financial bonus's and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and hitting targets.
Even though no experience is needed for these roles people with the following experience tend to flourish in this self employed role: Sales Representative, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, Administrators however all possessing high levels of Customer Service and excellent work ethic.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 5 full days per week.
