The Role

A secondary school in the Eat Riding of Yorkshire seeks to appoint a Performing Arts Teacher from September 2025. The academy have an exciting teaching opportunity and are looking for an outstanding, committed and motivated teacher to contribute to the development of teaching and learning and curriculum department. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and proven classroom practitioner who can display a real passion for developing and inspiring the pupils in their care.

This 'Good' OFSTED graded secondary schools forms part of a large multi academy trust with an excellent reputation. The successful candidate will work under outstanding and ethical trust and school leaders.

Requirements

The desired Performing Arts Teacher will have;

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience in teaching Performing Arts to KS3 and GCSE
  • Ability to plan and deliver high quality lessons

This successful candidate may be offered this role on a 'temp to perm' basis, this would meant working on supply via Vision For Education for a term before transitioning to contract with the academy.
