We are looking for a Packhouse Supervisor for an incredibly well regarding and industry leading business to oversee two production lines and manage a dynamic team of c20 people. This isn't just about keeping things moving-it's about driving quality, efficiency, and teamwork in one of the UK's most forward-thinking agricultural businesses.
What You'll Do
- Lead from the front-ensure smooth day-to-day operations across two production lines and product is meeting customer demand.
- Motivate your team-build a positive, high-performing environment.
- Champion quality-ensure top-tier packing and product standards.
- Stay adaptable work flexibly across multiple departments when needed.
- Maintain safety & efficiency-uphold best practices in line with the business' hight standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven supervisory experience in a production or packhouse setting within Food or Fresh Produce
- A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Someone flexible and proactive-ready to tackle challenges head-on.
