The Role:
- Organise and oversee residentialproperty maintenanceensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
- Manage tenancies from start to finish, includingtenant onboarding, renewals and check-outs
- Conduct regularproperty inspections, reporting issues and maintaining compliance
- Handledeposit disputesin line with legal and regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships withlandlords and tenants, ensuring top-tier service
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as aProperty Manageror in a similar residential lettings role
- Strong working knowledge of theproperty industryand tenancy lifecycle
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
