The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of key retail accounts, ensuring payments are received in line with agreed terms.
- Building strong relationships with clients to maintain a seamless credit process.
- Collaborating with the finance team to deliver high-level account reconciliations and resolve queries quickly.
- Monitoring account statuses and preventing potential issues before they arise.
About You:
- Proven experience in credit control or a related role.
- Strong communication skills-you can confidently build rapport with both clients and internal teams.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
