Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home

Rotherwood Cares are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a Children’s Home.

Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per annum, plus £60 per sleep-in

Hours: 2 days on / 4 days off (including sleep-ins). Rotas provided in advance.

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Essential Requirements:
  • Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualification
  • Previous experience in Children’s Residential Care
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
The Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will work within a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment where children receive the highest quality care and support. The role involves crisis intervention, safeguarding, and leading a team to deliver positive outcomes for children, alongside engaging them in recreational and developmental activities tailored to their needs.
