Summer Maintenance Assistant - iQ Student Accommodation?? Location: IQ Castings | ?? Pay: TBC | ?? Contract: Summer Turn

Help us get ready for the new academic year! During the summer turn, you'll work with our team to clean, repair, and refresh rooms and shared spaces-ensuring everything is ready for students and summer guests.

What you'll do:

Carry out minor repairs (basic plumbing, painting, lighting, sealing).
Move furniture and equipment as needed.
Painting and decorating
Support move-in days and general site tasks.
Follow health & safety procedures at all times.

What we're looking for:

Experience in painting and decorating
Experience in maintenance, repairs, or trades (plumbing/carpentry a bonus).
Friendly, reliable, and a great team player.
Able to work independently with a flexible approach.
