BASIC SALARY 24-26,000 DOE OTE up to 40k plus car allowance

Key duties:

Value & list properties for sales

Canvassing

Vendor management

Conducting viewings

Applicant registrations

Dealing with buyers and vendors

Strong negotiation skills

Administration duties

Cross selling financial services and solicitor referrals

Requirements

Well-spoken with good communication skills

Full UK driving licence & own car

Good knowledge of the local area a bonus

Self-motivated and hard-working

Keen interest in the property industry

Stable background in Estate Agency and proven track record

Able to work under pressure

Well-presented and professional appearance

Good attention to detail and organised

Customer focused
