Key responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of all electrical equipment within the factory.
- Implementation of preventative maintenance plans.
- Diagnosis of electrical malfunctions and implementation of effective solutions.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to optimise production processes.
- Training junior staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Reporting of maintenance activities and relevant issues to the management.
