• Oversee and manage audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients
• Lead planning meetings, assess audit risks, allocate work, and supervise teams
• Review and finalise audit files and statutory accounts in accordance with FRS 102 and UK auditing standards
• Develop strong working relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact throughout engagements
• Train, coach, and support junior and senior members of the audit team
• Liaise with partners on technical matters, findings, and audit strategy
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and internal procedures
• Contribute to internal process improvements and business development activities

• ACA or ACCA qualified with significant audit experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Strong knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting under FRS 102
• Proven ability to lead audit teams and manage a varied portfolio of clients
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident handling client relationships and delivering strategic advice
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on team development

• £60,000 to £75,000 per annum
