Role Responsibilities- Oversee and manage audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients
- Lead planning meetings, assess audit risks, allocate work, and supervise teams
- Review and finalise audit files and statutory accounts in accordance with FRS 102 and UK auditing standards
- Develop strong working relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact throughout engagements
- Train, coach, and support junior and senior members of the audit team
- Liaise with partners on technical matters, findings, and audit strategy
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and internal procedures
- Contribute to internal process improvements and business development activities

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified with significant audit experience in a UK accountancy practice
- Strong knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting under FRS 102
- Proven ability to lead audit teams and manage a varied portfolio of clients
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident handling client relationships and delivering strategic advice
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on team development
- £60,000 to £75,000 per annum
