Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnering with a growing private equity backed business on their search for a newly created Finance Manager to join their team.
Reporting directing into the Managing Director this role is critical in ensuring the financial health and compliance while contributing to strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee day-to-day financial operations including transactional duties, bank reconciliations, and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.* Prepare and monitor budgets, analysing and providing recommendations and develop financial forecasts to support business planning.* Generate financial reports and collaborate with the group finance function.* Collaborate with the group finance function, delivering weekly and monthly reports as needed.* Present insight and trends to senior leadership.* Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.* Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Key Requirements:* Proven experience in a similar role.* Advanced excel skills and proficiency in accounting software.* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.* Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.* Previous experience working in an SME environment.* ACCA, CIMA or ACA or Qualified bu experience If you would like more details, please apply or contact me on: /
