About the Role

We are working with a highly respected financial planning firm that is looking to appoint a Financial Adviser to join their growing team. You will work with an established client bank and have the support of an experienced paraplanning and administration team, allowing you to focus on what matters most: building long-term relationships and providing holistic financial advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, IHT planning, and retirement planning
  • Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and financial goals
  • Create and present tailored financial plans and recommendations
  • Conduct regular reviews and adapt plans in line with changing client circumstances
  • Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure efficient and compliant advice delivery
  • Keep up to date with regulatory and market developments
Skills & Experience Required
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) – essential
  • Proven experience in a client-facing financial advice role
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and holistic planning
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance awareness
  • Chartered or working toward Chartered status is desirable but not essential
What’s on Offer
  • Competitive basic salary performance-based bonus
  • Support with ongoing professional development and qualifications
  • Flexible/hybrid working options
  • Quality leads or existing client bank (depending on the firm)
  • A collaborative, non-salesy culture that prioritises long-term client outcomes
