We are looking for an experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join a busy, dynamic merchant on a temp-to-perm basis.

Role: FLT Driver

Location: Huddersfield

Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30am – 5:00pm

Pay: £12.21 – £13.21 per hour

This hands-on role requires both skilled forklift operation and manual order picking, ideal for a candidate who is physically fit and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operating a forklift truck

- Picking and preparing orders for dispatch

- Supporting general warehouse duties

- Ensuring correct handling and storage of stock

- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Requirements:

- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach, as required)

- Full UK driving licence

- Physically fit with experience in manual handling

- Good literacy skills for reading pick notes and paperwork

- Previous warehouse or merchant experience preferred

- Team player comfortable in fast-paced settings
