Adecco are recruiting for an HR Administrator for one of their clients to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will:

  • Review paper files to get a full understanding of any variances in contractual/non-contractual terms and conditions e.g. additional hours payments, other allowances, any historical agreements with individuals.
  • Document information in a spreadsheet and identify any common patterns of information we may not be aware of historically.
  • Upload the paper files for electronic use going forward.

Essential

Whilst largely an administrative task, it requires someone to know what information is relevant or not to include therefore having an HR background knowledge is important and ideally someone that enjoys working with systems/data/process. The successful candidate must possess good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

This is a 6 month contract.

This role is hybrid but expected to go into the office.
