Your Day-to-Day As A Special Needs Teaching Assistant Will Include:
- Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups across a range of SEN needs.
- Getting hands-on with fun, adapted lessons and creative learning activities.
- Encouraging confidence, social skills and emotional development.
- Helping maintain a safe, inclusive and joyful classroom.
- Teaming up with teachers and SENCOs to help every child progress.

- Have experience working with children or young people with additional needs.
- Are patient, caring and full of enthusiasm.
- Communicate clearly and work well with others.
- Are reliable, proactive and passionate about SEND.
- Understand safeguarding responsibilities.
