In this role you will be overseeing operations within the manufacturing plant, ensuring a continued drive for excellence while meeting environmental standards. If you are a Quality Manager or similar with understanding of environmental regulations, looking to secure a newly created role in a growing business, apply today.

The Role:

  • Manage and oversee the day to day production quality and EMS requirements, leading a team of three inspectors
  • Continue to develop the existing quality and environmental systems
  • Report non-conformances or internal FIF reject notes and support departments in developing corrective actions
  • Understand customer quality requirements and turn these into effective management processes to ensure that quality requirements are met and exceeded
  • Prepare, manage, complete and support all internal and external audits including ISO9001, Qualanod and Environmental ISO14001
  • Support development and updates to the Business Management Systems and associated processes

The Person:

  • Proven experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of environmental regulations
