The role is all encompassing General Management role where you will oversee daily operations, sales relationships with customers, and strategic direction of the business.
With responsibility for ensuring the organisation runs efficiently, achieves goals, and maintains profitability. This involves managing teams, setting budgets, implementing strategies, and
maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

You will have previous manufacturing or engineering experience to apply with a proven ability to develop effective business strategies, generate sales, handling budgetary control. You will an effective communicator and commercially astute

A visible and active leader across all areas of the business, with excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership and a passion for excellent quality customer service, are also highly regarded skills for this role
