Rate: 13.70 per hour (PAYE)
Duration: 3 months, with potential to extend
We're looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to support our busy People Support team in Huddersfield. This is a full-time, primarily on-site role with some flexibility for homeworking.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with HR administration, including new starter and return-to-work documentation, reference checks, and maintaining trackers
Handle employee queries and direct them to the appropriate team members
Support day-to-day HR operations and general administrative tasks
Use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage documentation and communication
About You:
Previous HR or strong administrative experience
CIPD qualification (or working towards it) desirable
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
