Job Description:

  • Conduct vehicle inspections and repairs in accordance with DVSA standards, including MOT testing
  • Carry out fault diagnosis using specialist diagnostic equipment
  • Perform mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Complete all job cards and service documentation accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
  • Comply with health and safety regulations at all times

Beneficial Skills / Qualifications

  • Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ) in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Full UK driving licence; HGV Class 1 licence preferred but not essential
  • Proven workshop experience working with HGVs
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
  • Capable of working independently and efficiently
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is desirable
  • Awareness of health and safety standards
  • Positive attitude with a 'can-do' approach

  • Basic salary up to 56,160 per year (22.50 per hour)
