Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims, with full supervision and support
- Assist on more complex and high-value matters handled by senior solicitors
- Conduct case planning, investigations and evidence gathering
- Ensure compliance with clinical negligence pre-action protocols
- Issue and serve legal proceedings and manage litigation through to trial
