Recognised across Yorkshire for its client-first approach and award-winning service, this firm is now expanding its growing residential property team, with a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their Huddersfield office.About the Role:The successful candidate will join an established and successful team and will see you managing a varied caseload covering sale, purchase, transfer of equity, remortgages, freehold and deeds of variation as well as seeing you conduct checks and searches, draft contracts, transfers, bills and statements.About You:
- Strong technical knowledge within residential conveyancing
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or supervising junior colleagues would be preferred but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-focused approach with commercial awareness
- Ambitious, driven, and team-oriented
