Trainee Service Engineer / Service Technician / Workshop Engineer Role
- Provide mechanical repair and service of industrial engineering products such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics and associated mechanical engineering products / systems. Full product training provided.
- Carry out general maintenance, fault diagnosis of mechanical engineering products and systems in Huddersfield.
- Identify and provide customers with system improvements, upgrades, or general aftercare solutions for mechanical engineering products.
- Workshop based near Huddersfield
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Trainee Service Engineer / Service Technician / Workshop Engineer Requirements
- A keen desire to progress as a mechanical engineer within a reputable engineering manufacturer.
- Experience using hand tools and any experience servicing / maintaining mechanical engineering products or systems is desirable.
- Mechanical engineering qualification such as Apprentice trained, HNC, HND, or equivalent would be advantageous.
- The ability to read technical manuals, schematics, test procedures would be advantageous.
- Commutable to the Huddersfield.
