Title: Logistics CoordinatorLocation: BradfordSalary: up to £33,000Elevation Recruitment Group's Procurement & Supply Chain division are partnering exclusively with a growing manufacturer based in Bradford as they look to recruit a Logistics Coordinator. If you’re ambitious and want progression within a growing business, this is a fantastic opportunity. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to oversee the organisation's Procurement, Supply Chain and Transport processes. This opportunity offers development, progression, and external training.

Key duties of the Logistics Coordinator will include: 

  • Support Sales with lead time estimates during quoting.
  • Ensure Engineering meets deadlines and verify part setup data.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager in procurement and inventory management, ensuring timely material deliveries and accurate stock control via the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Manager on domestic and international shipments, including preparation of compliant documentation for the transport of hazardous materials.
  • Maintain all material compliance records, including COSHH assessments and Certificates of Analysis, in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Ensure full adherence to legislative and procedural requirements for importing, exporting, and storing dangerous goods.
  • Accurately record all goods movements through the ERP system to maintain traceability and support audit readiness.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth, compliant transit of goods across borders.
  • Provide general support to senior management and assist with additional duties as required by the business.

Key Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment  / organising transport of dangerous goods
  • Excellent organisational skills
